Delicious Banana Pancakes

Try these simple and delicious banana pancakes with some of your favorite toppings:

  • Chocolate Chips

  • Peanut Butter

  • Honey

  • Cinnamon

  • Fresh Berries


These pancakes are easy and full of nutrients! They will keep you full and energized all morning long!

  • High in vitamin B6, vitamin C, potassium, and many others!

  • Oats are high in fiber; particularly soluble fiber that can help reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels

All you need for this recipe is:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/4 cup of oats

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbs of oil (preferably coconut or grape seed oil)

  • 1 pinch of salt



Mash the banana with a fork

  1. Mix in the oats, eggs, and salt

  2. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet at medium-low heat

  3. Pour mixture into pan at desired size

  4. Cook for about 30-45 seconds per side
