Full Body Workout

Time to sweat out your worries and stress. Here is a fun 15-20 minute full body circuit to get your heart pumping!

Repeat the circuit 3 to 5 times. We suggest resting for 30 seconds to 1 minute between each exercise set, but take a longer break if you need more time to recover. Make sure to drink plenty of water and listen to your body!


Beginner:

  • 50 lunges

  • 50 body weight squats

  • 25 push ups


Intermediate:

  • 50 lunges

  • 50 squats

  • 50 pushups


Advance:

  • 100 lunges

  • 100 squats

  • 100 pushups

Tip: Add a backpack filled with books to increase intensity
